The prospective HCPM™ HEALTH CARE PROJECT MANAGER™ applicant shall typically have a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree with four or more years of Health Care industry work related experience preferably in project controls, program management, project management; management, financial management, accounting, business management, business, analysis, Health Care, engineering (all disciplines), contracts, procurement, acquisitions, or Earned Value Management (EVM).

HCPM™ HEALTH CARE PROJECT MANAGER™ CREDENTIAL CERTIFICATION CURRICULUM:

The HCPM™ HEALTH CARE PROJECT MANAGER™ curriculum has been designed by a number of internationally recognized professionals from the field of project controls, planning and scheduling, risk management, quality management, project management, earned value management (EVM), risk, economics, business, finance, Health Care, engineering, and government. With its newly revised program, the HCPM™ HEALTH CARE PROJECT MANAGER™ formula is challenging, rewarding and exciting for all Project Managers (PM), Project Control Officers (PCOs) and Project Leads regardless of their industry domain or solution delivery.

HCPM™ HEALTH CARE PROJECT MANAGER™ credential certification consists of TEN modules delivered from Day 1 through Day 4, and the modules are namely: (1), Health Care Engineering Management (2), Health Care Project Management (3), Health Care Project Organization, (4), Health Care Planning, Scheduling and Schedule Management (5), Health Care Project Cost Estimating, Health Care Budgeting & Health Care Control Accounts (6), Health Care Earned Value Management; Health Care Project Control; EVMATOM® Earned Value Management Accountability Transparency & Oversight Matrix®; and ANSI EIA 748-C Earned Value Management (EVM) Industry Standards (7), Health Care Risk Management & Control (8), Health Care Quality Management & Control (9), Health Care Contract Management, Materials Management & Procurement; Disputes & Claims (10) Health Care Project Team Management

***On Day four, all HCPM™ HEALTH CARE PROJECT MANAGER™ participants must complete and present in class, a given Case Study on Health Care Project Management.
On Day 5, a 4 hour 200 multiple choice question examination is given for Part A. For Part B, all participants will complete five exercises for their My HcPM Strategy Play Book™ during the first four days of class. The five exercises are due on Day 5. A passing grade of 80% each for Parts A and B is required to earn HCPM™ HEALTH CARE PROJECT MANAGER™ credential certification.
The HCPM™ program is given in the English language only.
