The prospective AUTOPM™ AUTOMOTIVE PROJECT MANAGER™ applicant shall typically have a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree with four or more years of Automotive industry work related experience preferably in project controls, program management, project management; management, financial management, accounting, business management, business, analysis, Automotive, engineering (all disciplines), contracts, procurement, acquisitions, or Earned Value Management (EVM).

AUTOPM™ AUTOMOTIVE PROJECT MANAGER™ CREDENTIAL CERTIFICATION CURRICULUM:

The AUTOPM™ AUTOMOTIVE PROJECT MANAGER™ curriculum has been designed by a number of internationally recognized professionals from the field of project controls, planning and scheduling, risk management, quality management, project management, earned value management (EVM), risk, economics, business, finance, Automotive, engineering, and government. With its newly revised program, the AUTOPM™ AUTOMOTIVE PROJECT MANAGER™ formula is challenging, rewarding and exciting for all Project Managers (PM), Project Control Officers (PCOs) and Project Leads regardless of their industry domain or solution delivery.

AUTOPM™ AUTOMOTIVE PROJECT MANAGER™ CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

AutoPM™ AUTOMOTIVE PROJECT MANAGER™ credential certification consists of TWELVE modules delivered from Day 1 through Day 4, and the modules are namely: (1), Automotive Management (2),  Automotive  Project Management (3), Automotive    Project Organization, (4),  Automotive     Planning, Scheduling and Schedule Management (5),  Automotive Project Cost Estimating,   Automotive      Budgeting &   Automotive    Control Accounts (6),   Automotive   Earned Value Management;  Automotive     Project Control; EVMATOM® Earned Value Management Accountability Transparency & Oversight Matrix®;   and EIA 748-C Earned Value Management (EVM) Industry Standards (7), Automotive   Risk Management & Control (8), Automotive  Quality Management & Control (9), Automotive  Contract Management, Materials Management & Procurement; Disputes & Claims (10) Automotive  Project Team Management (11) Supply Chain Management (SCM) (12) Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

All participants will complete five exercises for their My AutoPM Strategy Play Book™ during the first four days of class.  All five exercises are due by the end of Day 4 and a passing grade of 80% is required for completion of the My AutoPM Strategy Play Book™ and to earn AUTOPM™ AUTOMOTIVE PROJECT MANAGER™ credential certification.  .

The AutoPM™ program is given in the English language only.
